Biz Markie

This past month we lost another pioneer and legend in HipHop. Marcel Theo Hall aka Biz Markie passed away at age 57. The Harlem Hero wore many hats. .. .rapper, singer-songwriter, DJ, actor, voice actor and record producer. He was best known for his 1989 single "Just a Friend", which became a top 40 hit in several countries. The light laugher and music he brought to not just hiphop but the world will truly be missed.
